Making an appointment
To make an appointment please either call 02 8616 9626 or book online using the booking function. Our hand therapists are a team of qualified occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Please discuss your cover for occupational therapy and physiotherapy with your HealthFund if you have any queries. We have TYRO facilities at the clinic for immediate HealthFund rebates.
You do not require a referral to come and see us if you are a private client. If you are Workers compensation, Third Party and DVA client you will require a referral from your nominated treating Doctor with your claim details.
Initial appointments usually take 40 to 45 minutes. Please bring any relevant reports, x-rays or scans with you to your appointment along with your referral if you have been provided with one.

What your appointment might include
You may require a dressing, splint, cast or other items at your appointment. Please note that these items are an additional cost. TYRO does not allow us to claim for these items through your health fund, you will need.
Payment options
We request that all private accounts be settled on the day of your appointment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Eftpos and cash. If you prefer direct funds transfer please discuss with your hand therapist.
Clients with chronic or complex conditions may qualify for partial Medicare payments for up to 5 visits per year under the Chronic Disease Management Program. Please consult your GP to determine your eligibility and request the necessary paperwork.
